Introduction

This California Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in the general Privacy Policy of TravsX LLC ("TravsX," "we," "us," or "our") and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Your Rights Under the CCPA


The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants residents of California the following rights regarding their personal information:

 

1. Right to Know About Personal Information Collected or Disclosed
You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose certain details about the personal information we have collected, used, and shared over the past 12 months. Once we receive and verify your request, we will provide the requested information within the timeframe required by the CCPA.

 

2. Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected and retained about you, subject to certain exceptions. Upon receiving and verifying a valid request, we will delete your personal information (including directing our service providers to delete it) within the timeframe required by CCPA, unless an exception applies.

 

3. Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information
You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. TravsX LLC does not and will not sell your personal information to third parties.

 

4. Right to Correct Personal Information
If any of the personal information we have collected about you is inaccurate, you have the right to request that we correct it. Once we verify your identity and assess the request, we will make the necessary corrections.

 

5. Right to Non-Discrimination for Exercising Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means that we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.

  • Charge you different prices or rates for services.

  • Provide you with a different level or quality of service.

Verification of Requests


For security reasons, we must verify your identity before processing any CCPA request. This helps ensure that we are protecting your personal information.

To verify your request, you may need to:

  • Provide sufficient information that matches our records.

  • Confirm details related to your interactions with us.

 

We cannot process your request if we cannot verify your identity or confirm that the personal information belongs to you (or that you have legal authority to request it on behalf of someone else).

Submitting a request does not require you to create an account with us. The information you provide in your request will only be used for identity verification.

 

Making a Request Through an Authorized Agent


If you authorize another person or entity (an agent) to submit a request on your behalf, they must:

  • Declare that they are acting on your behalf.

  • Provide legal documentation proving they have your permission to act on your behalf.

  • Provide sufficient personal information to help us verify your identity.
