This California Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in the general Privacy Policy of TravsX LLC ("TravsX," "we," "us," or "our") and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). Your Rights Under the CCPA

Once we receive and verify your request, we will provide the requested information within the timeframe required by the CCPA.

2. Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected and retained about you, subject to certain exceptions. Upon receiving and verifying a valid request, we will delete your personal information (including directing our service providers to delete it) within the timeframe required by CCPA, unless an exception applies.

3. Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information
You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. TravsX LLC does not and will not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Right to Correct Personal Information
If any of the personal information we have collected about you is inaccurate, you have the right to request that we correct it. Once we verify your identity and assess the request, we will make the necessary corrections.

5. Right to Non-Discrimination for Exercising Your Privacy Rights

We cannot process your request if we cannot verify your identity or confirm that the personal information belongs to you (or that you have legal authority to request it on behalf of someone else).

Submitting a request does not require you to create an account with us. The information you provide in your request will only be used for identity verification.

Making a Request Through an Authorized Agent

If you authorize another person or entity (an agent) to submit a request on your behalf, they must:
